Senior Developer: Jul 2010–Present

- Innovatively design and develop a simulator for Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Arrow-Head in C and C++. The simulator has very high throughput (7000 messages/sec) and low latency (sends trade-ack in 100-200µs). It has the interface to connect market data publishing libraries.

- Display technical acumen in the architecture of high throughput and low latency line handler for connection to TSE for trading; developed line handler in C and designed a subset of it in ERLANG.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

- Spearheaded efforts in the creation of pre-confirmation system for Daiwa Securities a Perl based system that reads trading FIX logs from various source, store them in Sybase database and generate pre-confirmation commission reports that are then mailed to the clients.

- Played an integral role in the successful design of DMA (Direct Market Access) system for Daiwa Securities, which was developed in C++ and has Java components.

- Collaborated closely with Daiwa Capital Markets in the creation of main component for their ALGO trading system, including Oder Book generation and feeds to GUIs.

- Design of a Perl library to manipulate market data for risk calculation.

- Optimization of pricing code with the same command interface used to price almost any type of trade.

Fee Detail System

- Led the project development and completion for DAV school for record maintenance of the fee transactions of all the students; handled the preparation of daily and monthly fee submission reports as well as comprehensive profile of the students.

Export Import Management System

- Administered the detailed computation of Least Energy Orbit through Multi-Impulse transfer. This project was designed to identify the least energy path for sending a rocket between two orbits. It was created for both circular and elliptical transfers.
