Accomplishments in Logistics and Management:

1. Coordinated various projects in the oil and gas field such as compiling materials and manpower

needed to operate drilling, pipelining, moving rigs, building compression stations and tying it all

together.

2. Obtained all required licenses to own and operate investment banking

firm. Was senior VP of holding company that owned the investment bank, a

real estate firm, a mortgage company, a leasing company, a financial futures company and a

market newsletter that had 4000 corporate subscribers. I had a staff of 600 employees. Specialty:

fixed income trading, developed hedging strategies for fixed income portfolios. One of the first

CMO traders on Wall Street Part of team that created payoff speed formula for FHA mortgage

backed securities. Founding member of the Futures Industry Brokers ASS in Washington D.C.

and Chicago Member of the US Congressional Advisory Board

3. Retired from banking (1995) and opened an import/export business in Belize. Negotiated

contracts with the Belize Gov. Hired and trained the locals, rebuilt an entire lumber company,

produced veneer, flooring and siding, replant, maintained and protected 81,000 acres of rain

forest.

4. 1997 Moved back to MS when son was born ill. Manager of a factory that made

furniture for Wall Mart, built and managed milling operations and paint line.

5. 2008/2009 Contract Quality Control/Systems Manager for “Gulf Island National Seashore

Project”. Replaced culverts, rebuilt roads & boardwalks, reconnected bayou to Gulf, logistics,

safety, traffic control, permits, labor, and inspections to insure compliance to contra specifications.

6. Established several self financing car lots “Gulf Coast Motors”.

Lost all in Katrina and now having to start over.

7. First to install LED lighting in a government building in Mississippi. First to install LED Lighting

out doors for a MS city, parking lot and we cut power consumption by 70% for the city on that site.

Created software for energy audits to assist cities and large corporations with retrofit programs to

go green. Wrote Green Bill to help cities and corporations obtain grants and tax incentives to go

green in Mississippi. Featured on WLOX for taking the first large building in MS green using LED

Lighting. Negotiated with Mitsubishi to bring LED assembly plant to MS. Held first Going Green

Roundtable in Biloxi MS for members of city, state government with offshore LED manufactures.

Purpose was to bring jobs to the state.

Ten years in the gas patch, Louisiana. Laid oil lines, water lines, sewer lines, natural gas lines

(Hot Taps) in several states. Worked as a fitter/tackier in the oil and gas field, rebuilt offshore rigs,

wellheads, and blowout preventer's, worked as a welder, welders helper, heavy equipment

operator, grinder, plumber, rigger and layout man.
