• Implemented a GNU-embedded C/C++ solution for the GSE scale system that saved clients an estimated 10% in chemical loss by increasing accuracies in their blends.

• Eliminated an estimated 5% in product loss by designing a solution in Visual Basic 6 that integrated Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) readers into batching systems. The RFID readers allowed chemicals to be identified and verified before being mixed into a product.

• Utilizing advance techniques in C# and WPF provided a MVVM modular approach to data binding in (RICS) . This promoted code reuse across application domains and facilitates QA testing and debugging through shared assemblies.

• Using SQL Server and C#, increased accuracy in (RICS) by improving the time calculations used in collecting data with Automatic Time Server (ATS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) devices.

• Utilized Blackberry and AJAX IIS Web Server technology to construct a remote real-time monitoring system that analyzed the performance and alarm conditions of Combustion Turbine Generators.

• Worked closely with development team to construct an ASPX, Java Script, and Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (DHTML) web interface for personnel to schedule and manage construction and maintenance of all power plants owned and operated by Ameren.

• Creatively designed and executed the overall site architecture including colors, navigation, and layout.

Offered customers more options for contacting our clients by utilizing expertise in Telephony, and Visual Studio, to design new systems and build new communications platforms to collect, process and intelligently route information to where it was needed.

• Using C/C++ and Microsoft’s COM interface merged Mitel’s and Rockwell’s Private Branch Exchange (PBX) into a single server that allowed Digital Software to support all their telephony products with one Universal Phone Interface (UPI).

• Devised and executed in C a Windows Service to communicate with Dialogic chipsets that allowed Visual Basic developers to support Snap-On Tools’ Los Angeles call center.

• In Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server, aggressively expanded production on an integrated development environment for call center supervisors to rapidly create their own call center application using calendars, buttons, selection boxes, text boxes, graphics, and the ability to link to any relational database or third-party software quickly.

• Utilizing Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server, successfully developed and launched Public Storage’s nation wide call center reservation system that increased efficiency in sales from 62% to 93% within one year of operation.

Originated and deployed a secure client-server web application to allow Vanguard to conduct businesses with its contractors online.

• Strategically constructed in Visual Basic 6 and Microsoft Access, a utility that imported real-time data recorded by system readings around the power plant to eliminate manual recording of various meters.
