• Implemented Server side data classes using C#, SQL, and ADO to manage read and write access for middle tier business DLLs running in Window’s Services.
• Wrote middle tier serialized business classes to support remote Dot Net and JSON enabled web applications.
• Designed Model-View client data bound classes to bind business tier to WPF’s Extensible Application Markup Language (XAML) templates and controls.
• Constructed XAML View-Model to allow user interaction with the business rules and application.
• Designed Model-View client data bound JavaScript classes to bind business tier AJAX controls.
• Constructed AJAX View-Model controls to allow user interaction with the business rules and Web application.
• Created and updated test projects for all DLLs using NUnit test software and Visual Studio 2008.
Newtec / VETS – Ft. Huachuca, Arizona Programmer March 2009 – March 2010
Responsible for developing and supporting the military’s Remotely Reconfigurable Intelligent Instrumentation software to Control, Collect, Simulate, and Stimulate (RICS) Department of Defense’s communication systems.
• Through the use of C# and advanced architectural concepts in encapsulation and inheritance, created WPF User Controls for easer testing, debugging and code reuse.
• Utilizing advance techniques in C# and WPF provided a MVVM modular approach to data binding in (RICS) . This promoted code reuse across application domains and facilitates QA testing and debugging through shared assemblies.
• Using SQL Server and C#, increased accuracy in (RICS) by improving the time calculations used in collecting data with Automatic Time Server (ATS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) devices.
• Supported and implemented various parts of the (RICS) Local Area Network (LAN) Data Collection. A C/C++ Windows Service used to unobtrusively listen, filter, and collect data from Ethernet LAN connections.
• Overhauled the (RICS) Pinger Data Collection service Configuration and Statistics Windows into a graphic rich WPF display with a C# implemented MVVM data bound backend.
• Renovated in C# the (RICS) Video Graphics Array (VGA) Data Collection service Configuration and Real Time Data Display Windows with DirectX driven WPF controls for an enhanced animated user experience.
RK Neal – Paducah, Kentucky Programmer / Webmaster June 2007–February 2008
