Work History:

Koger Properties, Inc. – (May 1980 – December 2000) This is the former office park developer and

management company which ceased to operate several years following its Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. I

served as the company’s Assistant Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations Manager.

John Paul Howard – (May 2004 – June 2009) Mr. Howard allowed me to gain experience in the

following areas: probate, evictions, real estate transactions, estate planning, trust accounting and

management. I handled all of his personal and business checking accounts and maintained records for

his tax preparer. Following his death on May 1, 2009, I assisted his family with closing out his practice and destroying a life-time of his case files. I continue to assist his widow with a variety of business-related matters.

Edward P. Jackson - Telephone:904-***-**** – (July 13, 2009 – May, 2013) I handled the filing and follow-up of bankruptcy cases under Chapter 7 and 13. I also assisted Mr. Jackson in handling two Chapter 11 cases. I particularly enjoyed dealing with the clients directly. I calculated and prepared Chapter 13 plans, drafted motions and pleadings, and followed up on each of my cases and maintained communication with “my” clients. I assisted in the gathering of the documents required by various lenders’ for Mortgage Modification applications.
