Assisted taxpayer’s in person, by telephone, and written correspondence with respect to their tax related questions.

Conducted probing questions and performed internal research to determine the most efficient way to assist the taxpayers.

Analyzed the reason for the balance due and advising the taxpayers of possible ways to prevent future balances.

Performed financial analysis to determined the taxpayer’s ability to partial pay, full pay,
