To Whom It May Concern:
I am responding in regards to a potential position with you notable company. I believe that I would be an
exceptional candidate for an internship with this distinguished company. Therefore, I am sending my resume for
your consideration. I would love to be a part of the team!
I believe that there is a strong correlation between my qualifications and your requirements for the internship. As a
computerized architecture and industrial design student, I have honed in on my ability to navigate through such
programs as AutoCAD and CADWorx Plant. My education and training has allowed me to develop my skills in
creating and designing 2D and 3D houses and engineering fittings, as well as 3D piping structures with CADworx.
Not only does my practical education make me a strong candidate for this internship, but with exposure in such
classes like Design Fundamentals and Construction Methods with CAD applications and Piping, I have matured in
my ability to use the essential programs with the efficiency and the skills necessary for this position. Additionally,
my experience as a Construction/Masonry worker has given me the opportunity to connect theory with practice. I
have developed the uncanny ability to read, understand and follow plans as related to brick structures. I have
developed the intuitive ability to perform primary duties with minimal supervision or technical direction;
cultivating me to be a go-getter and take on any task that is set before me with minimal support. Furthermore,
through my education and my work experience I have demonstrated the initiative, enthusiasm, and tenacity while
developing my organizational, written and oral communication and CAD modeling skills so that I may become an
asset to your team.
In addition, based upon knowledge gained through my education and my work experience, I have developed my
supervisory and inter-personal abilities, immensely. My dependability, organizational skills and self-motivation are
some of my many attributes that make me a strong candidate for this position. As part of the team, I will contribute
energy, innovative ideas, diligence and dedication to the company. I will strive to learn new things and to develop
my skills so that I may carry out my duties with excellence.
Moreover, I believe that I possess the enthusiasm, creativity and the background you seek. Your review of my
resume and consideration of an employment with your company is deeply appreciated. I look forward to hearing
from you soon.
Sincerely,
Jose S. Zephurine
