OptiSuite is a SAP certified add-on product, which caters to Country-India

specific functionalities and statutory documentations not handled in SAP.

OptiSuite comprises of ten modules, namely Imports, Exports, Excise, Forms

Tracking, Insurance, VAT, EOU, ProActivate, EFM and IFM. OptiSuite stands

out as the most efficient add-on solution to SAP, customized to handle the

functionalities, documentation and reporting requirements of Indian

Business houses in the International trade scenario. It integrates with SAP

modules such as SD, MM, FI, CIN and HR.

OptiSuite Excise module caters to the documentation and statutory reporting

requirements of Indian Central Excise and Service Tax. The scope of this

module covers capturing of SAP data necessary to generate the statutory

registers and printing all most all the relevant statutory documents as per

Central Excise rules and regulations. This module also covers creation and

tracking of ARE 1, ARE 3, Nepal Invoice and CT 3. It also helps to avail

the Service Tax credit and generates the reports and registers related to

Service Tax. The data required for printing the statutory registers and

returns will be picked up from SAP CIN and it is mandatory to run the

necessary SAP transaction to update the CIN tables.
