Invensys is an Operations management consulting, technology and software,

communications, and control systems and design firm headquartered in the

UK.

. Gathering Agreements & performing reviews of supplier agreements,

focusing on assessing assignability of each supplier agreements for over

150 vendors due to upcoming divestiture.

. Evaluating impact of divesture to Invensys per each vendor's agreement

. Managed team of 6 contracts professionals to review and determine

appropriateness of contracts, resulting in terminating unnecessary

contracts, reducing contract cost.

. Negotiated contracts with customer legal and Shell legal team to

determine contractual variances and brought identified variances into

support those processes.

. Managed global divestiture project to transition 135 supplier contracts

to new service providers or other entities in a $30M contract services

provision portfolio, project was completed under budget and 8% early.

third party vendor solution for mainframe product. Managed risk
