• Knowledgeable with operating and pulling up program for CNC equipment; ie edge banders, panel saw.

• Proactively communicate with the Mill department supervisor, project managers, and other department supervisors to ensure a smooth production process that results in delivering to the client an outstanding product, on budget and on time.

• Work with the Mill supervisor in managing the team through the steps in manufacturing processes – i.e. CNC, router, hand machining, edge-banding, laminating, etc.

• Direct the flow of materials through the mill production cycle, in accordance with established procedures, with a target of meeting the metric of 100% on-time-completion while maintaining defined quality standards. Sustained 99% OTC.

• Respond to changing customer demands and customized orders through flexibility, adjusting work procedures and team time management.

• Lead a team of employees in the set-up and operation of panel saws, edgebanders and routers.

• Responsible for training machine operators in reading, understanding and applying blue prints and schematics as applied to milling methods.

• Cut and detailed store fixture parts on 12” table saw using cutting bills and shop drawings.

• Operate edge banding machine, applying edging to store fixture parts using shop drawings.

• Operate V-Groove machine and assemble miter folded parts.

• Operate various hand power tools.
