Onsite PLM Consultant – Boeing Commercial Airplanes

Brief Description: Provided direct support to the 787 SIP&T (Systems Integration, Process and Tools) data quality group for the application iCHECK, ensuring proper standards were created that aligned to Boeing’s design methodology standards for CATIA V5 and managed the implementation and release of all beta and production data to both internal Boeing users as well as all global partners and suppliers.

Key Accomplishments:

• Acquired knowledge of Boeing’s business/design methods using CATIAV5 and ENOVIA LCA

• Configured and implemented 250+automated data quality checks using iCHECK

• Architected, tested and implemented 40+ customized checks specific to Boeingstandards

• Co-led the architecture of custom integration between iCHECK and ENOVIA LCA

• Optimized processes for implementing new checks throughout Boeing Enterprise

• Maintained process documentation and test scripts for all iCHECK code deployments

Brief Description: Worked with an esteemed group of consultants known as the “Ready 5” team to provide best in class, personal and dynamic instructor-led training and mentoring to clients around the world and also provided new product design support for companies such as Gillette, Depuy, HP, Apple and GE and Tupperware to name a few.
