Database Performance Lab Manager Team lead, for a major upgrade Oracle 11.5.10 infrastructure effort that saved the Liberty Mutual over $500,000 annually.

Diagnosed major 12i/11i performance issues and implemented strategies to resolve these issues. Solutions included Upgrading database tier, application tier and extensive tuning on both tiers.

Worked Oracle Insight programs to insure future scalability for a number large scale distributed applications (J2EE) on high-end platforms (IBM P-Series, Sun Fire, Sun M-Series and Linux Servers)

Developed performance data analysis of CPU utilization, memory utilization, disk I/O, networking for AIX, Solaris, Redhat Linux, and MS Windows environments.
