. Infant/Toddler Teacher- I work in a classroom with a co-teacher,
taking care of seven children together on a daily basis. I
create a curriculum on a weekly basis where we focus on the
importance of learning and exploring as the children grow. We
take care of the basic needs of the children as well as going
much further beyond the basics to create the best learning
environment for the children to grow.

. Infant Teacher- When I started out working at Bright Horizons I
was a "float", where I covered teacher breaks in all classrooms.
I worked in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms covering
breaks and teacher vacations. I completed office work on
occasion, making packets to be sent out to parents as well as
some filing. After floating for a few years, I became an Infant
teacher in my own classroom where I worked side by side with
another teacher. We had seven children in our care on a daily
basis. I took care of the basic needs of the infants with
diapering, feeding, and putting down for naps. On top of the
basics, I worked with parents to create the best environment
possible for the children. I created a curriculum on a bi-weekly
basis focusing on learning areas for the children. I made a
portfolio of each child for the parents and every three months
completed a Child Observation Record.
. Received certificate of qualification for Infant, Toddler, and
Preschool from the Department of Early Education and Care in
March 2007
VIP Cleaners, April 2000- May 2005
. Afternoon Manager- I took inventory of clothing being dropped
off for cleaning. I tagged the clothes with the appropriate
coding. I also bagged and priced the clothing orders. I worked
with customers at the register while picking up belongings. I
closed the store at the end of the night from Monday through
Friday, as well as opening and closing the store on Saturday.
