That was a time when a group of Chinese Nationals took their flight to the Philippines and invested in the Construction Industry and related fields. The Philippines, being an archipelago with diverse culture and with many dialects spoken, the group took the challenges and worked hand in hand with the Filipinos in different regions and islands of the country.
Through the years, Mr. Guo Bai Fu became well adept in the industry and capitalizing on the presence of many big tickets Filipino-Chinese in Construction and Development and in collaboration with well experienced Engineers and Technical people, the company now known as 21th CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was established. Acquiring projects first as sub-contractor to a well known Chinese construction company, the corporation was finally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 29, 2008 and acquired PCAB license on June 5, 2009.
Now the company has several projects and is envisioned to be one of the biggest construction company in the Philippines in due time. Being a Licensed Importer, the company can import cheaper construction materials and equipment from China abd therefore competitive. That is the cutting edge, and the company is determined to maintain this advantage to the fullest to fulfill its vision of becoming a leading company in the Construction Industry.
