Electrical Project Engineer – Chemicals Manufacturing - $80K and bonus incentives, medical/dental, short and long term disability, life insurance, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) plan, and more - Develops and manages electrical, automation and infrastructure projects within scope and budget constraints. Will be responsible for maintenance of plant electrical and instrumentation systems and assists the maintenance department in electrical, instrumentation and controls areas. Responsible for the performance of the electrical preventative maintenance programs. Responsibility also includes plant automation infrastructure, programming, and documentation. General Duties/Tasks: Identifies and implements studies and projects to improve plant production techniques, product quality, yields, costs, safety, health, and environmental control through improvements in plant automation and controls. Performs and/or supervises projects, including defining scope, design, installation and startup related to maintenance, repair or replacement of plant electrical, instrumentation and control equipment. Manages outside crafts working on electrical or automation projects, and works with other project managers to ensure timely completion of the electrical instrumentation and control portion of projects. Designs plant electrical control circuits, develops computer control programs and develops user interface screens as required. Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and control standards.

BSEE desired - 5-7 years experience as Industrial Maintenance Electrician is required - Knowledge of plant process control systems and instrumentation, including the ability to develop, implement and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs. Good organization and communication skills required. Experience with Allen Bradley hardware/ Honeywell and software a plus.
