Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional who can demonstrate previous success in winning and developing new business as well as maintaining great relationships with current clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success gained in lighting or electrical product channels.
You should have strong presentation and communication skills together with a ‘can-do’ approach. You must be a self- starter able to work on your own initiative and be driven and motivated to achieve sales targets. You will be a natural presenter with a high level of organization and efficiency that will make you stand out from the crowd.
The successful candidate will have sales experience; lighting or electrical industry preferred. Experience with LED technology a strong plus. High levels of interpersonal skills and experience in sales requiring technical skills is a must.
Qualifications & Skills Required
•Lighting experience preferred but not required.
•Possess strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Demonstrates a sense of initiative and autonomy.
•Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Strong presentation skills and the understanding and ability to communicate a project and products details to various audiences, customers and levels of clientele.
•Should have a capacity for innovation and creativity and embraces change.
•Available for frequent travel.
