Job Description:
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Suffolk County is hiring both Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join their team.
Qualified candidates will evaluate range of motion, strength, coordination, and wound condition if relative. All services are performed in agreement with nurse or physician orders and plan of care. The positions are per diem and working with the geriatric population to improve quality of life and support independence.
Occupational Therapists Requirements:
- Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- NY State License.
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- NY State License.
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
