Job Description:
The Alliance of Concerned Men (ACM) is seeking a qualified Workforce Development Specialist for our innovative Peer-Supported Student Success Program (PS3P).

The Workforce Development Specialist must have at least 3 years experience working with youth and adult learners. The Workforce Development Specialist must demonstrate an awareness of self as youth worker and have genuine caring for youth and families. S/he must have excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with community leaders, groups and businesses on behalf of youth. The Workforce Development Specialist must have the capacity to be a colleague to staff and volunteers in the organization and sustain relationships that facilitate youth empowerment. Excellent organizational skills are crucial. The Workforce Development Specialist must hold a Bachelor of Arts degree. Business experience appreciated.
