Business Analyst - SCM Script Writer
Primary responsibilities: The SCM Test Script Writer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the test scripts for order entry on the Sunrise Clinical Manager implementations and upgrades. Working with the clinical analyst, will understand the workflow & configuration to develop use cases for functional & integrated testing.. Additional responsibilities include: • Meet with the clinical teams and subject matter experts to gather specifications and understand workflow that will be incorporated into the test scripts • Develop testing plans and testing documents, including use case development • Maintain the test scripts for functional and integrated testing for new activations and software upgrades • Review test cases and other testing artifacts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all testing materials. • Develop and maintain a traceability matrix. • Participate in integration testing. • Provide on-site support during activations Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of two (2) years experience with application testing • Proficiency in using testing tools Specific experience / skills required: • Experience with requirements analysis and clinical test case/script development. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a healthcare environment. • Strong technical writing skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Healthcare background • Ability to prioritize tasks within the project and work with minimal supervision or guidance. • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. • Knowledge of Eclipsys Sunrise applications a plus • Microsoft Office experience
