We're part of a multinational corporation and are on the lookout for a detail-oriented asset for navigating legal landscapes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and keeping office records up to date.

Previous experience as a paralegal with a legal attorney or in a similar role will be preferred to make sure our operations follow industry regulations and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure the organization's compliance by liaising with the internal team and external advisors to ensure regulatory documents are prepared and filed accurately and within specified timelines.

Research and Document Management: Conduct legal research to interpret and apply regulations to our operations. Keep meticulous records (including e-records) of compliance and legal documents and ensure easy retrieval.

Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with legal teams, internal departments, and regulatory authorities. Ensure that the company meets deadlines to ensure timely regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree and/or certificate in paralegal studies

• Experience working as a paralegal in a corporate legal environment.

• Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance best practices
