Hours: 3rd Shift 10:00pm-6:20am Sun-Thurs

Payrate: $16.50/hr.

Responsibilities

Efficient execution of daily plans while supporting the safety and quality standards.

Proficient in each process area on standard work.

Identify risk points and take action to correct abnormal situations to protect the customer.

Able to critically assess situations for safety or performance improvements.

Advise on performance actions with the Group Leader to improve team performance.

Support continuous improvement activities.

Expert knowledge of process and production expectations within area.

Coordinate with production leads to adjust assignments to meet needs.

Identify safety risks and escalate to Group Lead.

Assist to write and edit standard work.

Team advocates with Group Leader.

Collect KPI data for improvement.

COMMUNICATION IS VERY CRUTIAL WITH THIS ROLE

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1+ year experience within production work environment

Understanding of SAP and SAP Shop Floor

Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, email
