Sunbelt Staffing is currently working with a school districts that is actively looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for the remainder of the 23/24 school year and full-time for the 24/25 school year. Opening: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location:Charlotte, NC
Job Details:
Full-time; 40hours per week
Monday - Friday
Caseload 8-10 clients ( ages 3-12) all homebound students.
All services are received within the home.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
Provide training and support to school staff and families on behavior management techniques and strategies
Requirements:
Masters Degree from an accredited university
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
NC licensed BCBA
Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians/RBTs
Pediatrics experience (preferred)
