Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges in a school environment.

Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.

Requirements:

Active RBT certification.

Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral needs.

Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
