We are seeking a Human Resource Intern to join our team this summer!

As the Human Resource Intern, you'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, while contributing to meaningful projects- specifically focusing Training and LMS administration and implementation.

We're looking for a candidate currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, who possesses a keen interest in HR practices.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be interacting with team members and stakeholders regularly.

In this role, you'll assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to participate in HR projects, gaining exposure to different areas of HR management.

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR training team to facilitate the migration process to a new Learning Management System. This includes data transfer, content migration, testing to ensure a smooth transition, and conducting internal training.

Assist with the transfer of user accounts, course materials, assessments, and other relevant information to a new Learning Management System.

Maintain accurate records within Learning Management System, including course enrollments, user profiles, course enrollments, completion tracking, and generating reports to monitor training progress and effectiveness.

Coordinate logistics and assist with administrative tasks related to company-wide training sessions and workshops.

Develop content, such as user guides, FAQs and tutorials, for internal training sessions.

Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.

Work closely with leadership and stakeholders across the organization, as a member of the HR team, to gather requirements and align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for hiring roles.

Support HR tasks, such as orientation and onboarding.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Previous internship experience is a plus

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus
