Responsibilities

积极响应潜在学生 媒体等各方面的咨询 为学生和家长提供专业的教育咨询服务 包括课程选择和大学规划指导

深入分析学生的需求 为他们推荐合适的课程和服务 帮助学生实现教育目标

详尽记录并跟踪潜在学生信息 保持有效的后续行动以确保转化

定期整理和上报每周工作进展 包括潜在学生线索 试听课安排及报名情况

定期参与市场营销会议 制定并达成月度销售目标

对潜在和已发生的学生退课情况进行跟进处理 探索问题并寻找解决方案

履行公司赋予的其他职责 确保公司目标和宗旨的实现

通过持续的沟通和管理 与学生家长建立并保持稳定的关系

与公司内部团队紧密合作 以确保学生和家长的满意度和服务项目的顺利执行

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, great at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents

• Superior sales skills, including prospecting potential students, advising, and closing.

• Has a marketing mindset.

• Able to accurately analyze market trends and competitor actions to identify opportunities for growth.
