Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the calendar and schedule client appointments

Prepare for client meetings, including composing agendas and accurately preparing client paperwork

Provide high-quality customer service and demonstrate creative problem solving to resolve client issues

Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork

Run accurate reports in Albridge

Answer phone calls and perform general administration and support functions for the office

Experience and Education Requirements:

Experience with general office equipment.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.

1+ years’ experience in insurance, investment, financial services, or administration.

Physical Demands – This is a largely sedentary role, and it may involve repetitive motions in the hands/wrists as this role is dependent on consistent computer-use during the workday.
