Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated SQL Developer to support our dynamic team by providing robust data management, analysis, and reporting solutions.Responsibilities:Technical Support, Customer Facing
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SQL development practices and cloud-based solutions, sharing insights with the development team.
Serve as a liaison between clients and our technical team, handling data requests, and communicating updates or changes in database environments.
Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding database development and management.Management of Deliverables
Monitor and manage the development of new SQL databases and the improvement of existing ones to ensure quality and efficiency.
Align database development tasks with project milestones to support the overall project schedule.
Prepare and present database designs, performance reports, and optimization strategies to internal teams and clients.Critical Functions and Cloud Environment Management
Work closely with the cloud environment team to optimize SQL databases for performance and scalability in the cloud.
Ensure the reliability and security of databases by implementing best practices in cloud database management.
Support the development of data pipelines and integrations within the cloud environment, using Python and other scripting languages as needed.Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer.
Strong experience with cloud services and managing databases in cloud environments.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI for developing and managing BI solutions.Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Skills:
Strong SQL development skills, including query optimization and database schema design.
Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
Experience in developing and managing BI solutions with Power BI.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud database technologies.Type of Hire:
Full-time, permanent position with FT Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Tuition Reimbursement)
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
