Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll analyze equipment failures, improve and maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, assist in various equipment improvement and maintenance projects, and supervise department employees. You'll also utilize predictive maintenance tools to maximize equipment reliability and manage plant capital and repair projects. Benefits

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Experience in project management, problem solving, time management, planning, and leadership.

Proficiency in computer applications, including SAP.

Experience in creating preventive maintenance plans and working in a manufacturing environment.

Injection molding experience, leadership/people management skills, and project management abilities. ```
