Mechanical Assembler

Outstanding Direct Hire openings for Mechanical Assembler in the Worthington area!

The Assembler will be responsible for a variety of mechanical assembly tasks as well as warehouse duties. Will pack/rail/paint in shipping side of operation. This will include, stocking and picking parts, packaging and scheduling shipments and receiving products into the warehouse. In the assembly portion of the role, the Assembler will disassemble and reassemble a variety of products and then perform configuration and testing tasks to ensure quality.

This position will require a very high attention to detail and accuracy as mistakes can have high consequences for the end users!

Pay will be between $20-22.50/hr to start depending on shift and experience and there will be frequent opportunities for raises as you learn more.

1st shift schedule is 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday with very rare overtime.

2nd shift schedule is 2:30pm - 11:30pm Monday-Friday with very rare overtime.

This is a permanent, direct hire position, so we are looking for people who want a career, who want to learn and grow with a company.

This position is located in Columbus, Ohio and no relocation is offered!

Requirements:

-Mechanically inclined (working on cars, computers, plumbing, etc.)

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

-Ability to use hand tools

-Good computer skills

-Good basic math and reading skills

-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
