Position: Construction Superintendent-Tilt-Wall

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials

Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Conducting regular site meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction-related issues.

Skills:

8+ years of experience in managing Tilt-Wall projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
