Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics

Responsible for aggregating analytics across multiple marketing channels including media, email, social, and site. Partner with various channel partners to gather, study, and synthesize findings into presentations that tell the results. Ability to sift through data to communicate results, while demonstrating curiosity and active listening to others’ viewpoints by creatively being able to tell the analytics story and present business recommendations for future change.

1. Partner with cross channel partners to gather and collaborate to communicate insights and make actionable recommendations quickly, clearly, and concisely.

2. Drive regular campaign analysis using a defined set of KPI’s across channels.

3. Deliver monthly performance analyses, actionable learnings, and recommendations.

4. Assist with ad-hoc analytics requests to help steer marketing strategies.

5. Partner with other internal data analytics teams to understand promotional results and customer insights to help stitch together findings for leadership.

6. Partner closely with Management to generate reporting and to offer insights to channel owners to make continual improvements.

7. Work closely with the Integrated Campaigns team to understand the marketing strategies, creative, and media placements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

2. 3-5 years of marketing retail experience, preferably in a role that works closely with the strategy, customer, media, or brand marketing team on campaign analysis.

3. Ability to work independently.

4. Strong business writing skills and ability to summarize learning and findings.

5. Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.

6. Capable of working in Adobe, Excel, and has creative PowerPoint skills.
