As a Lead Teacher, you will:

Make everyday an adventure in learning.

Create fun, out of the box, learning moments that your children will remember for years to come.

Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.

Make children smile through hands on fun and silliness.

Create memories that children will cherish and take with them when they graduate.

Share with your co-workers the joys of creating a-ha moments with children.

Build strong relationships and a team atmosphere within your classroom.

Create a “learning is fun’ environment by developing and implementing lesson plans following Lightbridge Academy Seedlings curriculum.

Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and implement the Lightbridge Academy program and Seedlings curriculum.

Maintain a well-kept classroom that helps ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children.

Observe all Lightbridge Academy policies and procedures and state licensing regulations.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or CDA preferred

Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred

Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills
