Clark & Washington, PC. is a large Consumer Bankruptcy law firm with an excellent reputation in Georgia and Tennessee. The primary function of the Paralegal and Legal Assistant and Support Staff positions is to provide legal support to the attorney on behalf of the client. Candidates should have some prior law office experience, but not necessary. Candidates must feel comfortable working with clients to obtain the necessary documents needed to file their cases and prepare them for their upcoming hearings.

The primary function of an Administrative Assistant in our Collection Department is to provide support and assist with all aspects of the firm's Collection Department. We are looking for sharp individuals who are friendly, hard working, dependable and confident in dealing with clients.

We are currently staffing for outstanding PARALEGALS, LEGAL ASSISTANTS & SUPPORT STAFF as well as COLLECTION DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS and SUPPORT STAFF.

Paralegal Job Requirements:

Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills;

Ability to act independently, responsibly and professionally;

Outstanding ability to multi task well in a fast paced environment;

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal kills;

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to answer and handle heavy call volume;

Well balanced, optimistic and self motivated;

Reliable, honest and a team player;

Strong work ethic and communication skills

Comfortable with a networked computer system;

Team oriented with the ability to collaborate with peers.

Experience with Best Case software is a plus, but, willing to train the right candidate;

Conduct thorough case assessments, including reviewing financial records, assets, debts, and other relevant documentation;

Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related legal documents accurately and efficiently.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the bankruptcy process.
