The Lifecycle Communications Manager is a program lead and pivotal in developing and leading strategies that effectively engage audiences, enhance monetization, and improve retention metrics.

Their focus lies in developing and executing integrated customer marketing campaigns, and instituting advanced customer lifecycle journeys, with a focus on highly personalized, data lead triggers.

They play a key role in fostering collaboration among teams, managing projects and introducing innovative solutions to achieve customer marketing KPI goals.

Please note that this is an 18-month contract with an opportunity for extension and/or for this role to convert to permanent.

Your Impact

Leverage data and insights to conceptualize and propose marketing program that drive the highest results

Lead CRM marketing and communications strategies with a strong discipline on marketing measurement, analysis and data-driven decision making

Responsible for reporting on channel-specific KPIs such as web and email engagement

Develop programs, sophisticated multi-touch campaigns, and automated journeys based on customer segments, seasonal needs, and market trends

Maintain and evolve the Engagement communications calendar

Manage and facilitate program offers and campaigns, from ideation, build and production (including any issues/defects)

Build the marketing strategy to increase customer value proposition

Responsible for leading key customer growth and engagement strategies (engagement & retention) that achieve program Key Performance Indicators

Work with internal and external partners on program objectives to ensure initiatives are set up so the objectives can be measured at completion

About You

You’re tech-savvy! Experience in adopting and executing in new technologies like email platforms, CDPs and analytics tools.

Experience leading the delivery of email marketing campaigns in a B2C or B2B environment, delivering in-app push notifications and/or SMS campaigns

Can translate product value propositions into compelling sales pitches to re-engage users or drive conversions

You become a subject matter expert for the products you support

5+ years in an email marketing/CRM/Lifecycle marketing role

Bonus Points

Experienced in Braze or like platform with experience in creating emails and journeys and can leverage HTML coding capabilities

Experience reading & editing through HTML and CSS

A degree, diploma or certification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent

Experience within the education space
