Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Reliable Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team! This ideal candidate will be responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner and performing all emergency and non-emergency service requests in the field.

Responsibilities:

Complete work orders

Receiving and performing all emergency and non-emergency service requests.

Servicing maintenance activities and property inspections.

Delivering communication to tenants.

Picking up materials and general "running" as the business requires.

Requirements:

Must be able to use and safely operate Power Tools and Equipment and hand tools normally used in construction, maintenance, and landscaping including but not limited to circular saw, power drill, hedge & string trimmers, plumbing snake, power drill cleaner, chain saw, etc.

Use chemicals associated with maintenance and landscaping.

Must be able to operate motorized vehicles.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Must be able to complete interior and exterior work in all types of weather including prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.

Must be able to carry and use a ladder as needed to complete repairs such as being able to safely clean second story gutters.

Excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional courteous attitude when dealing with tenants and coworkers.

Must be able to work very well in a team environment and take direction well.
