The BI Manager will streamline retail and business information for analysis across channels, support business analysis requests, and facilitate the budgeting process.

This role involves exercising independent judgment, making recommendations, and managing analysts, reporting to the Director of Finance, US.

What You’ll Do: Leadership and Team Building * Inspire and motivate a team of BI analysts to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Communication and Collaboration * Translate complex technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and buy-in.

Sales Analysis and Reporting * Drive enhancements to the Retail Business Intelligence (BI) System, ensuring its efficient utilization across business channels.

Serve as the primary liaison with IT to spearhead PowerBI enhancements and modifications for improved streamlining and automation.

* Oversee sales and hourly data collection to create productivity metrics and integrate them into the Retail BI System.

Business Analysis * Perform maintenance and development of operational analysis by providing valuable insights on various business topics to management and Retail operations teams.

Offer technical support to partners in addressing operational challenges.

* Enhance reporting capabilities pertaining to business risk, including freelance engagements, T&E expenses, approved returns, and returns trends.

Retail Team Support * Manage and analyze the current Sales Force Call Cycle and incentive programs, establishing tangible goals for field sales forces in collaboration with management and business channels.

Qualifications: * 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Planning or Financial environment.

Advance computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.

* Advance experience with Excel (formulas, pivot, sorting and consolidating data). * Comfort and comprehension in relational database, SQL, reporting platforms like PowerBI or Anaplan.

* Proven experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to address business issues.

Schedule: * Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly The target salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.

This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.

Sales Analysis and Reporting: • Develop and optimize processes to generate comprehensive sell-in and sell-out data analysis for key stakeholders including account owners, sales teams, and management.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners such as Operations, Business Channels, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and to generate requisite reports and insights for informed decision-making.

• Drive enhancements to the Retail Business Intelligence (BI) System, ensuring its efficient utilization across business channels.

Serve as the primary liaison with IT to spearhead PowerBI enhancements and modifications for improved streamlining and automation.

• Oversee sales and hourly data collection to create productivity metrics and integrate them into the Retail BI System.

Business Analysis: • Perform maintenance and development of operational analysis by providing valuable insights on various business topics to management and Retail operations teams.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on trends, market expectations, and price elasticity to inform strategic decision-making.

• Enhance reporting capabilities pertaining to business risk, including freelance engagements, T&E expenses, approved returns, and returns trends.

Retail Team Support: • Manage and analyze the current Sales Force Call Cycle and incentive programs, establishing tangible goals for field sales forces in collaboration with management and business channels.

• Facilitate the coordination of incentive program processes among business channels, management, and HR for effective implementation.

Complexity · Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
