Commercial Roofing Subcontractor Crews

Job Description

We are looking to add Commercial Roofing Subcontractors to our team! If you have experience in commercial flat roofing installation, have a positive attitude and are already licensed and insured, it's time to launch your new partnership with M&M Roofing. We are looking for talented Roofing Installers to join our team immediately as subcontracted Install Partner crews.

Responsibilities:

Have a reliable and local crew

Must have experience installing TPO, PVC, EDPM BUR, Modified Bitumen

Commitment to safety policies and ensure that all safety rules are always being followed

Thoroughly clean job site

Communicate with Superintendents and Foreman while onsite to address any problems (must have one English speaker on your crew)

What is offered to you and/or your crew:

Consistent work up to 6 days per week and 12 months per year

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least one year of commercial flat roof systems (BUR, Modified, EPDM, TPO)

Quality workmanship & excellent communication

Motivated, organized, disciplined

Your own truck and tools and proper insurance and licensing

Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:

General Liability = $1,000,000 each occurrence

General Aggregate = $2,000,000

Worker's Comp = $500,000 each occurrence

Auto = $250,000 each occurrence
