Summary: Seeking a specialist with a bachelor’s degree in communications, I/O Psychology, or a related field and 5-7 years of experience in change management and communications, ideally with global project transformation experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, I/O Psychology, or a related field.

5-7 years of related work experience in change management, communications, or a related field.

Experience in global project transformation, implementing Change Management and Communications tactics.

Familiarity and comfort with working in culturally diverse global environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

ACMP certification and/or PROSCI Certification.

Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, Communication, or related field.

5+ years of experience with change tools such as stakeholder analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures.

5+ years of experience in creating enterprise-wide and executive-level creative communications using multiple vehicles/approaches.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities.

Communicate across all supporting cross-functions and key stakeholders to ensure understanding of upcoming changes.

Complete key change activities, including capturing and validating changes, mapping changes to roles, identifying end-users, in partnership with stakeholders.

Create and support program communications for the team, broader stakeholder community, and executive level, using Microsoft O365 suite of tools like SharePoint Sites and PowerPoint.

Support SharePoint administration activities including stakeholder list management, end-user list management, creating News posts/sites, and reviewing site analytics.

Measure change and communication effectiveness through various methods like focus groups, surveys, and analytics.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per year
