As an ICT Systems Manager you’ll be a part of a smaller team that makes a BIG impact on the bottom line while diving into the world of Structured Cabling, Electronic Access Control, and CCTV Systems (CSI Division 27/28, Non-Fire Alarm).

Responsibilities:

As an ICT Systems Manager you’ll:

Create Your Vision: DANIS consistently works with our clients at the earliest onset of a project, specifically coordinating conceptual designs, budgets & partners that will participate in achieving overall project success. This framework allows you to determine your own destiny regarding technology systems integration on the project.

Guide & Mentor: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.

Proposal Creation & Contract Management: The ability to derive budgets for technology services that Danis provides to its clients including owner’s representation and design/specification of technology systems installations.

Qualifications:

As an ICT Systems Manager you’ll bring:

Educational Background: A four-year degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Construction Management and currently have the Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification (RCDD) OR have the ability to attain this Certification within 5 years of being hired.

Experience: A minimum of 7 years in Technology Systems Design and Integration within the healthcare, life sciences, and industrial verticals in the built environment.

Project Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the design, specification and overseeing the installation of Structured Cabling, Electronic Safety & Security (Electronic Access Control and Closed Circuit Television) Systems.

Process Proficiency: A comprehensive understanding of the specific coordination process with technology systems and integration with the various design disciplines that we work with: Architectural, Interiors, Owner Furnished Equipment and MEP/FP Systems.

Critical Thinking: Navigate complex challenges, innovate solutions, and make informed decisions that drive project success.
