The candidate should have a robust background in commercial building automation systems and ideally possess a bachelor's degree in engineering. Responsibilities:

Support the comprehensive management of building automation control projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Collaborate closely with project teams on the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of control systems across a diverse range of commercial projects.

Use AutoCAD to develop and refine project designs, ensuring all schematics and drawings accurately reflect project specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to control systems, facilitating seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Keep meticulous records of project activities, including progress reports and any changes to project scope or design.

Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure projects meet their expectations.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in building automation controls, with a demonstrated track record of effective project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to create and modify project designs and schematics.

A strong understanding of the technical aspects of building automation systems, including installation, service, start-up, and programming, in commercial environments.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Certifications in Tridium, Niagara, or N4 are advantageous.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on teamwork and client relations.

Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
