Through our REIT and Opportunistic Fund investment platforms, we are focused primarily on the acquisition, ownership, redevelopment and management of retail properties, including neighborhood and community shopping centers, urban high-barrier-to-entry street retail, and mixed-use properties with retail components.

Acadia is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer as a partner for its Investor Relations team. This position requires someone with a creative ability to present financial data in a visually appealing presentation to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented high achiever looking to thrive in a face-paced environment and enjoy a strong company culture and camaraderie. This is an onsite position based in Rye, New York.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create compelling designs for digital and print marketing brochures and the other occasional marketing pieces utilizing Adobe Creative Suite

Collaborate with Investor Relations team to create graphic material, sophisticated PowerPoints or entire presentations

Provide strategic graphic design support for our internal Investor Relations team.

Assist with strategizing, designing, and producing visual communications

Manage projects from conceptualization to production

Maintain elevated level of knowledge and skill with all software related to the design and production of graphics

Maintain an awareness of current software and technical innovations to ensure approach and content meet or exceed industry standard

Take full ownership and day to day project management of assigned work

Manage multiple, time-sensitive, projects

Additional companywide marketing support as needed Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years prior design/graphics experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

Commercial Real Estate industry marketing/graphics a plus

Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Microsoft Power Point is a must

Has an excellent understanding of print and assembly productions

Proven ability to provide creative marketing solutions upon receiving project brief

Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills

Works well under pressure

Possession of excellent service orientation, responsiveness, and organizational skills

High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy

Skills and experience necessary to produce original and custom layouts

Experience with designing within company brand guidelines

Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and consistently demonstrates an elevated level of organizational skills and customer service

A robust design portfolio demonstrating skills in the above-mentioned software applications

Experience with HTML, Joomla or CMS a plus, but not required

Work closely with IR website firm to maintain and update current presentations and content

Self-motivated and confident in your planning and organizational skills

Works enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and idea sharing verbally and through action

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of management

Bachelor’s degree required

Provide 5-10 portfolio pieces showcasing InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Power Point

The base salary compensation range for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.

Employees may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary bonus program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
