Business Litigation Associate

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation practice group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases. What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and oversee a broad range of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.

Conduct legal research, analyze cases, statutes, and legal precedents to develop effective strategies.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations.

Desired Background:

Licensed to practice in Ohio

5-7+ years of experience as a business litigation associate handling breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, business torts, real estate, zoning issues, employment issues related to the company and more

Experience representing clients in all aspects of litigation including negotiations and settlement agreements.
