The Property Manager (PM) role is extremely important and pivotal to the success of a multifamily property. The mission of the PM is to lead and team with the Maintenance Manager in optimizing the financial performance of the property. The positive impact on residents is achieved by providing an apartment community with a quality of life that justifies the rents. The positive impact on investors is achieved by maximizing sales performance and conducting other operations to meet or beat the budget to maximize net income.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. The propertymanager will own the renewal process, accounts receivable process, underwriting compliance, and resident life cycle.
Prospect for new leases and ownership of the renewal process
Develop and maintain resident relationships
Assist all outside vendors with property issues
Manage property inventory
Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
Supervise all property staff
All aspects of the resident life cycle
Qualifications
3+ years of property management experience
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
