Applications, Controls & Electrical Power System Integration Module Power SI Project Management

Quality origination recently restructured with Vestas One quality organization, formed to provide support to project construction and ensure standardized best practices responsibilities applied during construction.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and direction (in line with Organizational requirements) to support NCRs & CoPQ Governance and cost recovery across APAC

Overall responsibility and accountability for the management of Non-Conformances across APAC

Collect, check, and input into SAP all relevant Non-Conformity (NC) information from project sites

Ensure and monitor NC timelessness and effectiveness metrics as per the global target

Define the required task to rectify the NC including identification and supply of spare parts, materials, tooling, logistics, and work orders

Coordinate the NC materials, tools, problem-approaching, and spares with value chain functions

NCR and CoPQ Reviews with Value chain team & implementation

Support Project and Site Managers to coordinate and resolve NC lists and support the handover to the Service team

Preparation of NC & CoPQ defect and data analyses through problem-approaching tool

Cost recovery from customer and vendor by coordination stakeholders, with internal and external stakeholders

You will work closely with Project Site teams, Construction Managers, Technical Advisers, Project Managers, Engineers, Global Supply Chain and Nacelle Quality teams, Project Coordinators, and Vestas's clients and customers

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's degree in any engineering specialization

Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering with problem-approaching 6 to 8 years of experience or equivalent in EPC Engineering Quality

ASQ certification/ (ISO 9001) / Six Sigma Green/Black belt 5+ years of experience working with quality systems

Competencies

SAP & Power BI tool Knowledge

Quality Problem approaching tool ( 8D)

Know the construction & supply chain process

Know business stakeholders' requirements & expectations

Proficiency in quality management systems and Microsoft Office

People management skill
