We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sitecore Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Sitecore Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Sitecore-based web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet our clients' business objectives. Shift: - 3 PM -12 AM.(IST) Job Location : Kochi / Bangalore. Note : For this particular project it will be work from home since second shift. Once moving to normal shift it will be Work From Office ( Hybrid) Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of Sitecore-based web applications, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and optimizing Sitecore solutions.

Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions that align with project requirements and industry best practices.

Customize and extend Sitecore features and functionality to meet project requirements, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems, databases, and APIs to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring code quality and efficiency.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize Sitecore-based applications for speed and scalability.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of bug-free and high-quality solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, code, and development Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development.

Proficiency in Sitecore CMS, including custom module development and integration, Coveo, Unicorn, Glass Mapper, Sitecore forms.

Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.

Experience with database design and optimization, especially SQL Server.

Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration patterns.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Sitecore certification(s)is a plus.
