A local stomping ground serving up the drinker’s choice. Brass Eye – an unpretentious rooftop bar, is the perfect outpost for your own shenanigans and assemblies. We always take cues from our guide and bible, The Drinker’s Dictionary, promising to provide guests with the perfect “brass eye” experience. Clever, energetic, dynamic and friendly.

Creating a memorable rooftop experience that provides a high-level service and friendliness. This leader will be energetic and can be the guest liaison to a fantastic bar and dining experience as we look to continue to evolve Columbus hospitality. This leader will be an active part of the community to enhance activations and on-going programing to continue to enhance the guest experience. This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the restaurant. Daily duties include management of the daily front of the house operations of our restaurant, the selection, development and coaching of team members and the financial oversight of the operational budget. In addition, this leader will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, driving revenues, and ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Requested Tasks

-Hire and train team members

-Assist in creating and editing menus

-Interact with customers to received feedback on service

-Open and close the restaurant daily

-Motivate team embers during busy shifts

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager highly preferred

-Diligent, detailed and patient personality

-Ability to handle a wide variety of people types both on staff and as guests

-Ability to coordinate schedules

-Strong and patient leadership skills
