Summary The primary responsibility of the Executive Administrator is to ensure smooth and efficient administrative and operational support to GE HealthCare Magnetic Resonance Supply Chain General Manager and assigned leadership team.

Responsibilities will be broad and changeable in nature ranging from coordinating or leading special projects, arranging conferences to preparing presentations.

This role will have a heavy operational focus supporting business processes.

Job Description Responsibilities * Support MR Supply Chain GM in all related administrative tasks which may include coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, providing phone coverage, processing and reconciling expense accounts and purchasing.

* Be an active member of the leadership staff providing insights and generating ideas for improvement.

* Handle confidential and sensitive information.

* Schedule, plan and organize in-house and off-site meetings, training, and events.

This can include ordering and setting up catering, meeting time management and running all applicable meetings logistics.

* Support on-site recruiting by ensuring leaders availability for scheduling, assisting with conference room scheduling and greeting candidates upon arrival.

* Provide general office administrative services and support.

This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the onboarding of new employees/contingent workers, being a first point of contact to answer questions re: internal processes and e-tools, assisting with international and domestic shipping, initiating IT support requests and liaising with facilities management.

* Assist with communications related activities such as maintaining relevant distribution lists, producing email correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, new hire and organization change announcements.

* Support facility maintenance, including coordination with cleaning crew, maintaining conference rooms, working with facility contractors and coordinating general support for the MR buildings.

* Work effectively with other team members of the administrative staff within the MR team and across GE HealthCare.

Qualifications/Requirements * This position is a full-time on-site position in Waukesha, WI Magnetic Resonance Headquarters * Associates degree and 3 years of administrative experience working in a corporate environment at a senior level OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 5 years of administrative experience working in a complex corporate environment at ta senior level.

* Advanced knowledge of general office management and current computer/office communications technologies; expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
