We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fabrication Shop CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our manufacturing process by creating and implementing CNC programs to operate our computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines.

Responsibilities:

Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine machining requirements.

Develop and optimize CNC programs using specialized software (CAM).

Select appropriate tools, materials, and cutting speeds for each project.

Set up, test, and refine CNC programs to ensure accurate and efficient production.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Two to four years of experience in CNC programming or machining.

Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and operations.

Proficiency in using CNC programming software (CAM).

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
