Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
Canvassing qualified suppliers/vendors(qualified in terms of quality and pricing)
Tracking purchase orders and checking the quality of items delivered (local and imported purchase orders) and ensuring timely delivery.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Has at least 2- 3 years of experience in Procurement
Good in documentation
Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
