Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy is a MUST

Position Overview:

As a Medical Assistant, you will be crucial in planning, coordinating, and executing clinical trials. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to medical research.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Dr. Green (principal investigator), sponsors, and the research team to execute clinical trials according to protocols and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate aspects of the research process, including participant recruitment, informed consent, vital sign monitoring, ECG collection, phlebotomy, and scheduling patients.

Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Institutional Review Board (IRB) regulations, and other applicable guidelines.

Manage study source documentation, including maintaining adherence to GCP.

Complete data entry, schedule patients, and assist in other areas of the medical office

Process, ship, and track lab specimens.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a CRC, CNA, MA, or similar role (required)

Phlebotomy experience with adults (required) and adolescents (preferred)

Proficient in Spanish (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
