Primary Function:
Aides with all HR policies, procedures and programs while providing internal guidance and support to all employees.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Maintain accurate and complete employee files and other HR related documents
- Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9, E-verify, and perform periodic audits
- Reconcile various vendor invoices
- Manage the company service award program
- Backup/conduct orientation for new hires
- Manages employee internal company store program
- Maintain data in various systems (I.e. UKG Ready Kronos, AS400, Tenstreet)
- Monitor physical, drug and alcohol screenings for all new hires
- Backup to front desk
- Participate in other projects as needed and other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
-Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written, and interpersonal
-Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Kronos, Web based Portals, company systems
-Strong organizational skills to include
-Ability to handle multiple priorities

Education and Experience:
-Human Resources experience preferred
-Experience with form I-9 and E-verify preferred
-Administrative job experience required
Physical Requirements:
-Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
-Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
